Growing up in a musical family as a classically trained pianist, I naturally considered the ways in which musicians could build wealth through entrepreneurship. In college, I pursued music business to learn how money was made in the industry. For years, I worked alongside major record labels and publishing companies to develop artists' careers and negotiate equitable deals.
