Influence With Impact, CEO
"Using the AI tool saved a lot of time with our team not having to manually read through line by line, trusting that the tool was going to do that for them. They would then navigate the tool's suggestions and skim through headers that typically had issues they'd run into (such as usage, exclusivity, etc.). The AI tool caught anything they would have so the feeling of relief in suggestions was great."

Tera Influence — Founder

Time is everything when you're managing talent and negotiating brand deals.
Your reputation is built on securing the best possible terms for your clients—so every delay, every moment of second-guessing, can put a deal (and your talent’s trust) at risk. One overlooked clause could mean lost revenue, limited creative rights, or long-term consequences for your talent’s brand.
With The Contract Collective™, you get access to AI-powered contract review and legal expertise, so you can move quickly, negotiate confidently, and deliver results that protect your talent and your business.
Don’t wait. Start redlining brand deals with confidence today!

Hiring an attorney to review every brand deal your talent gets? That’ll run you at least $250 an hour—or $1,500 to $5,000 a month. And while legal review is critical, paying that much for every contract just isn’t practical for most talent managers.
On the flip side, skipping legal help altogether can cost even more—missed red flags, vague terms, and one-sided clauses can lead to lost revenue, rights you didn’t mean to give away, or deals that hurt your talent’s long-term career.
The Contract Collective™ gives you the best of both worlds: AI-powered contract review, negotiation tools, and direct access to an experienced Influencer Marketing Attorney—for just $149/month.
Smart support. Real protection. No outrageous legal bills.
And yes—cancel anytime (but we think you’ll want to stay).

Sometimes I can't believe we have so much access and resources at this price point. It's truly SO valuable, especially for small businesses who can't afford full-time dedicated legal counsel."
- Lissette C.

I'm Casey Handy-Smith, an Entertainment and IP Attorney and founder of C. Handy Law. Over the past 11+ years, I've negotiated multi-six-figure brand deals for creators with companies like Meta, Universal Music Group, P&G, and iHeartMedia—and I've seen firsthand how contract bottlenecks slow down talent managers and leave money on the table.
That's why I created The Contract Collective and Redline Ready™—the first AI-powered influencer agreement playbook built specifically for talent managers. I combined my decade of contract expertise with my work training AI models on legal reasoning (through Pareto AI) to create a tool that thinks like an experienced attorney and delivers professional redlines in minutes.
I've been recognized as a "Super Lawyers Rising Star" in entertainment law and named to The National Black Lawyers' "Top 40 Under 40." But my real mission is helping talent managers protect their clients and build sustainable businesses—without needing a law degree or a lawyer on retainer.
When I'm not working, you can catch me knee-deep in a good book, playing R&B covers on the piano, or traveling with my family.

The AI tool is incredibly robust and designed to provide thorough contract analysis for brand deals. I personally developed the legal framework behind the tool, drawing on my 10+ years of experience as a digital media law and creator economy attorney. The AI is programmed to identify potential red flags, suggest (and make) edits, and ensure agreements align with industry best practices. Here’s a quick video overview of how the AI tool works.
If you need more personalized support beyond the AI’s capabilities, your membership includes our private Slack community for questions directly answered by me and other experienced legal professionals.
Yes. Any questions asked in the private Slack community are public to all members. The goal of the community is to help everyone learn from shared experiences about brand deals. That said, confidentiality is EXTREMELY important and valued. When asking questions in Slack, keep things general. If you feel your question requires that you share confidential information, you can message me privately inside of Slack.
Additionally, our AI software platform is completely private—no one can access the contracts you upload and review there.
Absolutely! The AI tool is built with creator rights at its core. It’s specifically programmed to flag any clauses that might jeopardize creators’ ownership of intellectual property and ensures the contracts you negotiate remain 100% pro-creator. Protecting your creators’ IP is non-negotiable, and this tool is designed to safeguard those rights in every review.
The AI software was developed under U.S. law, and specifically designed for the influencer marketing industry. While the contract standards in these agreements are fairly consistent globally, there is a possibility that the software could miss something country specific.
It’s important to note that if you’re dealing with something specific to another country, consulting with a lawyer licensed in that jurisdiction is always recommended.
My law firm works with a limited number of agencies and experienced creators on an annual retainer basis. However, we are always available for contract review projects on larger media deals. You can apply to work with us here.
The Contract Collective is ideal for talent managers who aren’t looking to hand off contract reviews entirely but want access to legal support for occasional contract questions. Plus, you'll have access to our first-of-its-kind AI contract playbook that allows you to review your brand deals through my lens, along with other membership resources—all for just $149 a month.
